• AS400 Migration Project from an Auchan Datacenter to a host/integrator's DC (IAAS)

DPW's AS400s are hosted in an Auchan France DC; the project consists of moving them and virtualizing them in IAAS with a third-party host/integrator. Analysis of flows, construction of the flow matrix, then requests for openings from the various entities.

• Relocation/Closure Project of 2 logistics warehouses in Lyon

2 DPW warehouses are to be relocated and then closed, one in the very short term, the other within 1 year. Analysis of the various actions, assignments, deadlines, follow-ups.

• Replacement of logistics network cores: obsolescence management

Across 12 warehouses in France (cumulative area 337,000 M²): Core sizing, cabling tender, service provider management, remote out-of-hours intervention.
