Project governance, preparation and animation of Kick Offs, Technical Committees, Project Committees, Steering Committees. Resource and budget management, risk management, mitigation.

Bid management, follow-ups, transitions, acceptance testing.

• Deployment of MacBook Pro FR, BE, and UK.

• Deployment of multifunction and business printers on 3 sites in France + business printers on the logistics site.

Definition of the architecture with the network team, cabling scheme, and procedure for the service provider.

Data migration from several servers to a redundant NetApp storage system between FR and BE, migration of data from a file server hosted by ATOS to GCP for UK.

• Active Directory Batch2 Migration

Domain migration for BE servers to the new international domain.

• Store internet migration

Migration of internet links + implementation of TOiP for 93 stores in France.

• Active Directory Batch3 Migration

Domain migration for servers in Tunisia and FR to the new international domain.

Implementation of VEEAM Backup on GCP and archiving.

• Certificate Supervision via Centreon, establishment of renewal procedures, storage on Confluence.

Analysis and resolution of device disconnections on Wi-Fi, with SFR, Cisco, and Hubone.

• Business Unit Relocation Project

Technical management of the relocation. 17,000 M² of offices, 1000 employees.

• Adding a module to RMS V13 (Oracle)

Technical management, infrastructure analysis – current volumes and needs, flows, etc. –, WebLogic Domain audit management.

• Virtual Tour Project

Implementation of a virtual tour site to guide stores during the setup of events like Christmas, Garden – Décor, Back to School, etc… Technical management. Security aspects management (GDPR, SAML V2, SWITS [Security Within IT Services]).

• Commitment Project

Potential and order commitments from countries to DPW. In production when I took over this scope. Task Force to analyze and resolve a number of issues (response times, errors in file generation, SFTP server rights problems, etc…), implementation of a detailed action plan, assignments, deadlines, follow-ups, until total resolution of problems.

• AS400 Migration Project from an Auchan Datacenter to a host/integrator DC (IAAS)

The DPW AS400s are hosted in an Auchan France DC; the project involves moving and virtualizing them in IAAS at a third-party host/integrator. Flow analysis, flow matrix construction, then requests for openings to various entities.
