It was with Katia Delamotte at the Sell Leaders Academy that I decided to fully train in ethical negotiation and closing.

The goal:
- understand the prospect's deep intrinsic and extrinsic motivations
- uncover their real needs and blockages
- guide them towards a logical decision for them

My role is not simply to "sell".

I REALLY talk with the prospect to create mutual trust even before entering the ecosystem.
I help them understand where they are stuck and tell them if they are in the right place.

Methods:

1️⃣ Understand their "Why"
Dig deep into the reasons for their current situation and their desired situation.

2️⃣ Lead them to answer for themselves
I don't tell them where they are or what they should do. I guide them to see it for themselves.

3️⃣ Make them say YES!
Be patient and let them come to the questioning of the offer and to a decision at their own pace.

4️⃣ Key Indicator Analysis
