    What I implemented:

    End-to-end operational management of client productions: scoping, planning, coordination of shoots and deliveries, management of feedback rounds and out-of-scope requests.

    Coordination of a pool of freelancers (videographers, editors, graphic designers): briefs, follow-up, arbitration of schedules and availability.

    Documentation of internal processes: production SOPs, quality control checklists before delivery, responsibility matrix between roles.

    Management and onboarding of a project manager: development of the training program and integration sessions, building autonomy in production monitoring.

    Creation of AI prompt templates for automated generation of meeting minutes (discovery, kick-off, offboarding), used daily by the team.
