→ Identify needs, assess skills to be acquired, design specifications, develop team training plans, manage educational projects, and ensure follow-up of organizational reforms, support change management, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and train them in situ.

→ Analysis of requests favorable to the implementation of reform measures and/or training plans, presentation of the mission and partnerships.

→ Observation of practices to streamline work actions with the creation of protocols and procedures in each area.

→ Identification of operating costs and improvement of partnerships, distribution of tasks & responsibilities, equipment maintenance, space upkeep, compliance with legal standards and obligations.

→ Workstation arrangement = better ergonomics and new technologies, arrangement work (quotes, purchases, implementation and execution).

→ Regulatory compliance, implementation of QWL.

→ IT tool optimization (potential of specific software) + creation of materials, improvement of professional identity and visibility for correspondents/clients/patients. Technical and technological watch.

→ Recruitment, evaluations, annual interviews, contract and salary revalorization, work schedules based on skills development and achieved objectives.

→ Assisting practitioners in their dental practices, analyzing their work, coaching a multidisciplinary team.

→ Development of procedures and treatments through innovative approaches.
