After 14 years in B2B commerce management and project management, I retrained in coaching. Independent since 2016, I have coached dozens of SME managers and entrepreneurs, trained adults in person and remotely, and led conferences and webinars on unlocking potential and preventing burnout.
In parallel, I have carried out complete recruitment missions for VSEs/SMEs: in-depth needs analysis, sourcing, soft skills assessment, and post-hire coaching (onboarding, skill development, turnover reduction).
My unique method (in 3 steps)
1️⃣ Pre-hire coaching (manager): I clarify your real needs, often unclear, to avoid casting errors.
2️⃣ Recruitment: sourcing, assessment of soft skills and potential (role-playing, behavioral interviews).
3️⃣ Post-hire coaching (candidate + manager): 3 months of support to onboard, develop skills, and reduce turnover.
