In parallel, I have carried out complete recruitment missions for VSEs/SMEs: in-depth needs analysis, sourcing, soft skills assessment, and post-hire coaching (onboarding, skill development, turnover reduction).

My unique method (in 3 steps)
1️⃣ Pre-hire coaching (manager): I clarify your real needs, often unclear, to avoid casting errors.
