The objective of the associated processes is to identify, manage, and control hardware assets, ensure control of software assets and their contractual compliance, and ensure the quality and integrity of data in the repositories supporting the services. The repository used to record hardware data, installed systems, and hosted applications is REFTEC.

Objective: Manage a project on monitoring the technical obsolescence of the BP2I hardware fleet (14,000 Assets), with the goal of reporting the status of physical Assets to enable technical managers and clients to define migration and replacement plans. To achieve this, implement a hardware asset obsolescence monitoring report with projections of Obsolete Assets, unscored Assets, and decommissioning plans by reconciling 2 repositories, thus allowing teams to monitor their respective hardware scopes for obsolescence management.

Migration from an Hyper-V virtualization system to a VMware solution, upgrading certain server components to client standards (SCCM, Antivirus, and Monitoring) while respecting operational requirements. Implementation of a specific process to adapt nearly 1200 Windows/Linux SERVERS.
