After twenty years of working as Head of HR departments in companies, I decided to shift my role to support executives and managers in developing their leadership skills.
I formalized this support with a coaching certification in 2018 and Process Communication certification in 2021.
With this in mind, I offer skills assessments, coaching, and training specifically for managers. I am also a trainer in Process Communication, a self-awareness and communication tool highly regarded in the business world and very accessible. You don't need a psychology degree to develop your emotional intelligence!
