Holder of a Master II in HR (specializing in skills management and adult education) + communication diploma, I have been deploying training strategies and deployment for 20 years within large international groups such as American Standard or PSA Peugeot Citroën or institutions such as the Union of Industries and Trades of Metallurgy (UIMM) or the banking world (Société Générale).

Faced with the beginnings of "e-learning" in the broad sense, its evolutions (Mooc, serious game, virtual classes, augmented reality)... & its organizational impacts, the necessary support for change that results, I lead projects today larger, encompassing the various technical, pedagogical, organizational axes, affecting the transformation of organizations & the change of HR actors and the human.

I took charge of the expansion of the training function in the field of collaborative (communities) & Talent Management by piloting the creation of an internal academy and its courses and the link with the emergence of a mapping of internal skills...
