**Observation**: A banking application perceived as outdated, not very intuitive, and slow.
**Objective**: To design a modern, clear, fluid, fast version, strengthening trust and security, adapted to mobile usage (gestures, biometrics).
**Target audience**: Axa Banque clients aged 25-55, connected, often using the app for balance checks, transfers, and managing their finances.
**Constraints**: Simplicity for the uninitiated, clear icons, no jargon, transfers in less than 3 clicks, biometrics, fast loading, simplified navigation, compatible with iOS/Android.
**Proposed solutions**: Figma mockups with a customizable dashboard, one-handed navigation, smooth animations.

**Context**: The company Immveo had a complex rental investment simulator, not very mobile-friendly, with a low click-through rate.
**Objective**: To create a new version that is simple, fast, and understandable by everyone, adapted for mobile and desktop, guiding the user step-by-step to generate more qualified contact requests.
**Target audience**: 28-45 years old, novice in real estate investment, consulting from their smartphone in the evening or while traveling.
**Current problems**: Technical jargon, too many steps, lack of clarity.
**Constraints**: Complete simulation in less than 60 seconds on mobile, 3-4 steps maximum, removal of technical jargon, responsive optimization for 360px, educational visualization of results.
**Proposed solutions**: Figma mockups with Gamification (step-by-step mode), immediate visual feedback, reassuring and engaging tone, visual results with clear infographics (cost breakdown, profitability, strengths/weaknesses).

**Observation**: Fragmented communication between Korian staff with poorly organized information (emails, phone, paper), limited coordination, poorly centralized task tracking, and a lack of transparency with residents' families.
**Objective**: To design a unified platform to centralize information, streamline internal exchanges, and improve transparency with residents' families.
**Target audience**: Internal staff (nurses, nursing assistants, coordinators, facility managers – need visibility on tasks and responsibilities); Families (need to be reassured, informed, and stay connected daily); and Regional Management (need supervision, indicators, and traceability).
**Constraints**: Variable digital literacy level among users; Interface must remain simple, intuitive, and accessible on tablet and mobile; Security (GDPR, strong authentication) and compatibility with existing software; Stable operation even with limited connectivity.
**Proposed solutions**: Creation of a summary dashboard and Figma mockups with an integrated internal messaging system for real-time exchanges, a collaborative task tracking system (assignment, status, notifications), a secure family space for news, photos, and medically validated information, as well as history and traceability to reinforce the reliability of care monitoring.
