The Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning is a highly visible role which serves as a business liaison, program leader, and consultant on numerous business topics across countries within EU Amazon Logistics. Aiming at improving transparency on business roadmap and achievements and driving accountability across the organization, the main responsibilities include:

- Acting as Chief of staff and technical advisor for the Vice President of EU Amazon Logistics (AMZL)

- Driving the strategy design and planning (R&O, financial and strategic plans)

- Designing organization goals

- Developing effective tracking and reporting mechanisms for the goals and cross-functional project roadmap

- Enhancing internal communication for the team to know and nail the plan throughout the year

- Reporting on monthly/quarterly organizational results (Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews)

- Supporting the VP of EU Amazon Logistics (AMZL) by driving efficiency for document reviews processes and implementing systems to ensure strong follow-up management on action items and questions.

The main responsibilities of the Snr Program Manager for Amazon Last-Mile operations include cross-functional planning, change management and implementation of programs aiming at scaling-up last-mile network capacity, improving performance and enhancing the speed of delivery for Amazon Logistics in France. In this role, which requires great planning, coordination and analytical capabilities, I owned the preparation and execution of the Peak Plan of Record, ensuring operational readiness for sales events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Christmas) in the last-mile operating network of Amazon Logistics France and Belgium (~40 operating sites, 60+ portfolio programs, 150+ stakeholders) while maintaining process efficiency and securing operational continuity and financial targets.

As a Senior Manager in Amazon, in 2020 I also started to get involved in management and business development programs:

- As a graduated "Bar raiser" for the hiring interview process, I conducted 200+ interviews for Amazon Europe (2020 to today) and contributed to the design and development of interviewing standards and best practices for the group.

- I acted as mentor and coach for new managers, facilitating fireside chats, developing career coaching plans and offering personalized support through 1:1 recurrent discussions.

Design, implementation and optimization of multi-modal transportation

connections for Amazon fulfillment network in Europe, from warehouses to the

customer.
