Description

With a background in computer engineering, I have been involved in product development for 6 years as a Product Owner/Product Manager in various fields (energy, data, music). In my work, I remain resilient despite a changing context and I am attentive to best meet the needs of the product, users, and the team. I have managed teams of 5 to 7 people (developers, tech lead, Scrum Master, Growth Hacker, designers, and proxy PO) and always in agile contexts.

My specialties lie in discovering problems and finding solutions. In one of my recent experiences, I participated in clarifying the product organization of ENGIE Digital by proposing a unique template to represent the 9 Product Platforms internally. This experience also provided an opportunity to create a community of over 20 international ambassadors, representing key digital stakeholders from different Business Units, after assessing their need for community-based skill development. They now meet once a month to brainstorm on solving digital problems they may encounter.
