The ANFR (French National Frequency Agency) has approximately 300 employees spread across 15 sites in metropolitan France and overseas territories. The organization wanted to conduct its carbon footprint assessment to measure its main emission sources and structure a reduction action plan tailored to its activities.

The mission provided ANFR with a structured view of its carbon footprint and identified priority areas. Travel emerged as a significant issue, leading to specific work on associated reduction actions. Procurement was also identified as a significant source, integrated into the action plan for progressive emission reduction.

The Departmental Council of Ardennes wanted to structure its responsible digital strategy with a dual objective for the IT department: reduce the environmental footprint of its information system and identify levers for cost control associated with digital technology.

Assisted the IT department in evaluating the environmental footprint of the IT system using a life cycle assessment methodology, supplemented by an assessment of internal practices maturity. The mission also included facilitating Digital Fresk workshops and training internal facilitators to enable the department to gradually raise awareness among its employees.

The training of internal facilitators also helped embed awareness in the long term and disseminate responsible digital issues among employees.

CIPAV had already initiated a digital sobriety approach but wanted a clear measurement of its information system's environmental footprint to better prioritize its actions and identify new impact reduction levers.

Conducted a life cycle assessment of CIPAV's information system, supplemented by a maturity assessment based on the Green IT best practices framework. The mission aimed to quantify the main impact sources of the IT system and cross-reference these results with the internal practices maturity level.
