I have had the opportunity to lead numerous projects by combining operational and strategic aspects within large groups and SMEs, while supporting a rich dialogue with employee representative bodies, including in major crisis situations. Change management has been at the heart of each of my missions, and I have been committed to bringing all initiated projects to fruition.
