2021-2023 Change Facilitator for Automated Driving Alliance (Bosch-CARIAD Cooperation), CARIAD

Change concept, change communication, and organizational development for building the cooperation from 40 to 1,750 employees. Co-development of leadership and work principles, conception and moderation of PI Planning and other agile ceremonies, OKRs, and leadership workshops between both companies.

2020-2021 Change Business Partner ADAS&AD and Infotainment, CARIAD

Mandate clarification discussions for hypothesis generation of cultural patterns and definition of organizational goals for the division. Leadership workshops, change support, and change communication. Implementation of formats for employee participation (Open Spaces, surveys, and measures for improving effectiveness and morale, etc.).

2019-2020 Strategy & Communication for the founding of CARIAD, AUDI

Concept and execution of leadership strategy workshops for the ADAS&AD divisions of all VW brands. Concept and implementation of change communication for the CARIAD founding and execution of roadshows and clarification discussions between stakeholders from top management at Porsche, VW, and Audi.
