For 2 years, I worked in a firm with VSEs and SMEs in various sectors. I was responsible for the complete management of their accounting and tax obligations, while developing a close relationship with the managers.

Technical side: accounting entries, reconciliation, tax declarations, preparation of balance sheets and financial statements alongside the mission managers.

Client relationship side: regular exchanges to clarify figures, answer common questions, and secure management decisions.

For 3 years, I was in charge of the administrative, HR, and accounting aspects of a multi-site franchise.
It was a very hands-on experience, at the heart of the daily operations of an SME with a lot of movement and responsibility.

HR side: schedule management, payroll, absences, contracts, exchanges with restaurant teams and social partners.

Accounting side: data entry, invoices, bank reconciliations, preparation of balance sheets and elements to be sent to the accounting firm.

This experience taught me to manage unforeseen events, structure information quickly, and be a real support for managers and operational staff.
