I support my key account and mid-sized company clients through two complementary professions:

- Training: from strategy to training facilitation, including andragogical engineering, I implement complete solutions to develop knowledge and skills in the areas of interpersonal communication, management and human resources.

- Consulting: translating corporate strategy into HR policies and implementing ad hoc actions.

MAUJONNET Consulting is a firm specializing in three sectors of activity: The creation of corporate universities; Support for SMEs and VSEs; Training. As a consultant, I work in all of these areas. I am also responsible for developing the consulting business for SMEs. Example of missions completed: - Development of GPEC strategies, - Training strategies, - Support for managers, - Conducting annual interviews, - Recruitment, - Compliance with legal obligations, - Implementation of CSE, etc. - Design of corporate academies for large groups (AG2R, Europcar, Galileo Studialis…), and creation of e-learning training modules. - Management of relations with the various OPCOs (FAFIH, AFDAS, OPCALIA…) and response to calls for tenders. - Supervision of the Sales Manager and definition of the prospecting strategy. - Management of external consultants: recruitment, monitoring of assignments, training in Maujonnet Consulting methods, etc.

Following my internship as Human Resources and Communication Officer, I am on a work-study program at the Employment Skills and Career Department of the Paris Nord Region (5500 employees) of SNCF. I am responsible for: - The implementation of the second edition of the Cap' Carrière Nord Ile-de-France Forum aimed at encouraging the internal mobility of employees to positions where the company has strong needs. - The creation of a skills mapping in the Paris Nord Region aimed at facilitating internal mobility and improving the employability of employees. - Highlighting the internal mobility scheme towards the professions of driver and sales representative in stations: communication with establishments, managers and their teams, creation of schemes to encourage projects towards these professions. - The development of recruitment methods: presence on social networks, recruitment within high schools of young graduates, CV dating in stations and communication campaign to make our professions and our needs known. I also participate in the monitoring of illnesses, long-term illnesses, therapeutic part-time work and reforms.
