As a designer in a cross-functional team (design-dev-marketing), my key responsibilities involved:

→ Working on all phases of the design process, from wireframing concepts through to handovers to developers.

→ Enabling seamless communication between developers and designers, enabling effective collaboration on projects.*

→ Identifying user needs, and coming up with solutions to improve their online experience.

→ Improving branding image and consistency through assets for social media, presentations, website, sales materials, etc.

→ Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams: designers, developers, marketing strategists, copywriters.

→ Expanding and helping implement our Design System.

→ Identifying opportunities for improvement: site usability, design, and overall structure, as well as refining our in‐house work processes.
