Participated as a Board Member on a voluntary basis, for the last 4 years as president, leading the recovery of an organization with a real risk of legal liquidation. Upon resigning from the Club in March 2022, I formally stepped down from the Board – a requirement of solidarity legislation – and took on the role of Administrator under a professional services contract until May 2023.

Avoided the legal liquidation of the association by leading its complete financial and administrative restructuring, after detecting a significant unexplained shortage in the financial statements.

Increased the member base by incorporating new benefits (life insurance, funeral plan, credit lines, and agreements) and modernizing communication channels.

Professionalized fund management by replacing physical checks with transfers requiring joint signatures, and placed the liquidity reserve in compliance with SUGEF regulations.

Implemented the first integrated accounting system since the association's founding in 1985, achieving automated sending of account statements to members for the first time.

Designed, together with the Board of Directors and the advisor, the strategic planning and budget, training the incoming Board of Directors for a smooth transition.

Managed electronic invoicing, vendor payments, loan disbursements, and association liquidations, maintaining tax compliance with the Treasury.

Reconciled payroll for deductions, policies, and employer contributions, verifying member activity.
