My name is Laura, a certified sophrologist and assistant in a law firm. Before training in sophrology, I worked for several years in consulting firms, private banks, and a Parisian palace – environments I know from the inside: excellence, deadline pressure, urgent cases, days that follow one another without a real break. It is precisely this experience that led me to sophrology, first for myself, and then to make it a tool that I share today. What I offer is support rooted in the reality of the professional world. No theoretical discourse – concrete techniques for breathing, relaxation, and emotional management, which you can use from the next morning before a difficult meeting, between two cases, or in the evening to truly disconnect.
