Hello, my name is Laura Martínez. I am a text corrector. I have demonstrable experience of more than two years reviewing novels and short stories, although I can also correct academic papers, theses, work reports, etc. My main goal is that you are satisfied with your text, which, after my review, will be free of spelling and grammatical errors, will comply with the most current rules of the Royal Spanish Academy, and will show unified (with order and coherence) the rest of the typographical elements (italics, bold, etc.); but most importantly, it will correctly convey what you want without changing your writing style.
During the correction process, we would be in contact, either by email or phone, I would send you progress reports and suggest improvements, if necessary.
Once the first review is finished, I would send you the text to your email, with the corrections well detailed, so you can see it and decide if you want to add or remove anything. Then, you would resend it to me, I would perform a second review and add page numbers and the index, as well as the bibliography if the text required it.
After this, the correction would be finished and I would send you the clean and formatted text, ready to send to print!
I review texts in Microsoft Word, I consider myself a person passionate about language and writing, with a great ability to capture even the smallest detail, friendly, trustworthy, and understanding.
