Responsible for supplier evaluation, performance management, and development. Intervention across the entire supplier lifecycle: selection, qualification, risk assessment, continuous improvement, and securing industrial ramp-ups.

- Industrial qualification of an SME new to the Airbus market, requiring support in methodologies (Flow charts, PFMEA in particular).

- Management of a production ramp-up for an equipment supplier following a configuration change (A350 program).

- Support and securing of an industrial transfer from an equipment supplier.

- Securing a supplier site close to its capacity limit. (Load/capacity analysis, action tracking, temporary offloading to another supplier).

- Conducting IPCA as a qualified Leader to assess the maturity and industrial risks within my supplier panel.

Single point of contact for multi-site quality and supply chain (Mexico and USA) for strategic clients such as Airbus, Safran E&P, Latecoere, Fokker, and Eaton. Transverse management of activities in a multicultural environment, covering different products and different QMS including audits, production transfers, continuous improvement, and crisis management.

- Improvement of client communication.

- Improvement of Airbus maturity assessment scores (IPCA). Improvement of 8D quality.

- Management and resolution of quality crises and delays, minimizing client impact.

- Deployment or improvement of process control tools: PFMEA, Control Plans, Key Characteristics, Gage R&R.

- Securing production transfers for critical cables and contacts, with minimized client impact.

- Contribution to achieving the Airbus Supplier of the Year Awards 2017 & 2022.

Management and development of a European client portfolio (€24M), identification of opportunities, contractual negotiations, and strategic pipeline monitoring via CRM.

- Maintenance and expansion of the client portfolio in the A&D sector.

- Support for sales growth and strategic performance.

- Optimization of pipeline visibility and forecasts through rigorous monitoring.
