I am an interventionist in professional practice analysis and a supervisor for teams in the health, social, and medico-social sectors. Taking the time to reflect on one's practice means giving oneself the means to better understand one's actions, choices, and the sometimes complex situations encountered daily.

Professional practice analysis sessions offer a supportive and structured framework where everyone can share an experience, illuminate it with the group's perspective, and revisit their professional posture. “Thinking about our action is already acting better.” This space for dialogue allows us to transform what remains unclear or misunderstood into levers for progress, to better grasp relational issues, and to restore meaning to action.

With a Master's degree and training in clinical approaches, my actions are designed for teams in the private, social, or medico-social sectors who wish to anchor reflection at the heart of their professionalism. I also offer APP and coaching sessions for professionals via video conference, individually or in groups.
