My commercial training as an industrial clerk and my studies in medical technology combine business management understanding with technical know-how. This is complemented by several years of experience in the startup environment in product management, project coordination, and operational process support.

I am accustomed to working at the interfaces between different teams, structuring complex issues, and reliably implementing projects. I not only provide operational support but also think proactively, recognize interrelationships, and maintain an overview even in dynamic work environments.

In product development, I was responsible for structured development documentation, among other things – from development plans and milestones to preparing regular meetings and creating and coordinating requirements, test reports, validation plans, and quality-relevant documents.

Additionally, I bring experience in risk and quality management in medical technology – including leading risk management and preparing and documenting quality-relevant content.
