🌱 I cultivate professional development for companies that don't want to grow only clones.
During my 10 years of experience as a social worker, I supported people in difficulty, often marginalized because their brain or mental health didn't fit the mold. And then, one day, I realized something: the problem wasn't them, but the system. Companies, managers, colleagues... all these well-ordered gardens where 'weeds' are pulled out instead of seeing their beauty.
In 2023, I founded the consulting firm Gioia Conseil, a consulting firm specializing in the inclusion of invisible disabilities (ADHD, ASD, DYS disorders, mental health disorders, mood disorders...) with the objective of transforming corporate cultures into fertile ground for neurodiversity.
I combine 10 years of field experience, a university background in sociology and health education engineering, and an intimate knowledge of the subjects (yes, I am concerned, and no, it's not a problem), to support organizations.
