MY BACKGROUND

At thirty-five years old, the first part of my life spans three

continents. I was born in France, grew up on the island of Réunion, then spent my

adolescence in the distant islands of Vanuatu, an archipelago in the South Pacific.

As the daughter of a writer, my professional path naturally led me

towards writing. During my communication studies, I worked as a freelance journalist,

director of communications, and web project manager.

At 28, tired of the endless Quebec winters, I decided to explore my native France.

I stayed there for a few months before flying to Martinique, then Guadeloupe where I

settled as a freelancer.
