1- THE VOX MASTER© METHOD
I now teach my flagship public speaking method, Vox Master, which I designed as a synthesis of these different approaches.
The work focuses on the 3Ps methodology:
- Thought: work on stress management, anchoring processes to allow you to be fully present during your presentations
- Physical: work on gaze, posture, breath & voice with singing exercises, emotion management (psychological but especially physical approach) through theatrical improvisation or text work for intonation
- Public: how to connect with your audience, whether through your physical or verbal attitude?
