Marketing: sales through a network of contacts (word-of-mouth) and creation of professional content (videos and photos) to promote the horses.

Responsible for organizing an equestrian competition (Event Project Management). Strategic planning: Development of the roadmap including budget, timeline, human and material resource management. Fundraising: Prospecting and managing partnerships (Meetings, Hermès, Espaces Atypiques, etc.), negotiation, and sponsor follow-up. Communication and image: Design of the communication strategy, creation of the graphic charter, management of advertising materials, and social media management. Stakeholder management: Coordination of clients, sponsors, suppliers, and volunteers to ensure the smooth running of the event. Operational organization: Supervision of equipment setup, management of on-site teams (service providers, riders, spectators), and resolution of unforeseen issues.
