I work as a System Engineer with a focus on complex network and security environments. My expertise includes Juniper and Cisco networks, data center infrastructures, as well as modern firewall solutions such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Sophos. Furthermore, I have experience in the automation and integration of network and security components to provide efficient, scalable, and stable environments.

Network Firewall Administrator for FortiGate, Sophos, and Juniper-SRX firewalls: solution design, quote creation, documentation, policy management, VPN setup, performance validation, and maintenance. Configuration of SD-WAN, switches, access points, and firewall devices, as well as shipping to customers. Testing new features and optimizing existing infrastructure. Supporting the sales team in selecting suitable device models based on customer requirements and ordering the corresponding components. Expertise in configuring SD-WAN solutions based on IP SLA parameters, testing connections for failover, and optimizing bandwidth (primarily implemented with Juniper 128T). Project documentation, network documentation with NetBox, installation of wireless access points, regular upgrades and patches for network devices, disaster recovery planning, and mentoring.

L1 and L2 ticketing support and professional services: configuration processes and change management for NGFW firewalls such as Palo Alto and FortiGate. Management of a corporate infrastructure based on Cisco switches/routers, creation of topology diagrams, IP addressing schemes, and VLAN structures. L1 and L2 support. NOC/SOC activities: analysis of security logs and detection of potential threats in the internal network. Processing and resolution of support requests for outages and installations, performing firmware upgrades, patching, and feature updates.
