Migration Strategy: Replatforming Achievements: Define the scope of applications and plan the migration, taking into account the sports calendar. Draft project framing documents, including the project plan and project charter. Create a workload plan to determine resource needs. Write job descriptions and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Lead a team of 17 members, including cloud architects, DevOps, and project managers. Define the 5-step migration process: discovery, design, preparation, migration, and decommissioning. Make technical decisions with AWS cloud architects, aligning them with project objectives and the replatforming strategy. FinOps: Ensure FinOps activities to monitor migration benefits. Draft and test crisis management and triggering procedures during an incident. Propose a technical solution resilience strategy (testing): test plan, testing methodology.
