I learned both from the ground up in international agency networks like FCB and TBWA. Stints in New York and Madrid, as well as working on the global brand management of NIVEA, showed me early on what really matters: Clarity in the brand, consistency in execution, and a deep understanding of how marketing generates real business impact.
