Lars Stolze

In this role, I support organizations in improving the execution of their strategic priorities. I guide executives and teams through agile transformation processes, optimize delivery processes, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration to enhance delivery performance. Depending on the context, I apply frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, FaST, Management 3.0, and OKRs.

WPS Management offers software and services to support the entire Source-to-Pay process, focusing on eProcurement, supplier management, and invoice processing.

At WPS Management, I led the Agile Coaches team and drove the company-wide agile transformation in close collaboration with the CTO. I developed and introduced a standardized Agile Working Model across all Scrum teams to improve delivery performance and enhance cross-team alignment. In collaboration with the CPO and CTO, I introduced OKRs to align product and technology initiatives with strategic business goals. To accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt, I founded a FaST collective to foster engineering excellence. In addition to my strategic responsibilities, I supported Agile Coaches through coaching and mentoring and operationally guided several teams as a Scrum Master.

Weckerle + Stolze is a management consultancy specializing in strategic agility, offering tailored agile solutions for all organizational levels and serving leading companies such as BMW, ProSiebenSat.1, and Volkswagen.

Together with my business partner Christopher Weckerle, I founded Weckerle + Stolze. In my role as an Agile Coach, I developed and implemented agile operating models for large, complex organizations to improve cross-functional collaboration and accelerate delivery. Furthermore, I practically supported the introduction of agile methods at all organizational levels, identifying and removing systemic impediments.
