The focus was on the development of the core technology for dynamic packaging of package tours, which, unlike usual, focuses on experiences rather than accommodation. Since there is no established technology on the market that sufficiently supports the complexities of this novel offer packaging, the company relies on in-house development, the basic concept, team composition, and development to market readiness of which I led and actively co-developed.

The client's project involved the development of a web application to facilitate citizens' access to their authorities. In this specific case, it concerned the scheduling of appointments that citizens can book online. Internally, each booking was automatically distributed according to a complex system of employee responsibilities, their availabilities consisting of vacation days, short-term absences such as illness, break times, and already assigned appointments.

The solution was initially initiated as a single project, which was developed for a specific authority and was now to be generalized so that the software could be used scalably through multi-tenancy.

The client develops a platform for the efficient distribution of bulk goods between manufacturers, freight forwarders, and construction projects with the aim of digitizing the predominantly analog organized logistics process. The majority of my area of responsibility was preparing the software platform for internationalization.

I supported in the area of software engineering by adapting existing business processes for multinational handling and dynamizing static texts across the entire backend and frontend architecture based on Phrase. Furthermore, I was involved in analyzing and evaluating the impact that the internationalization project would have on existing and future business processes. Based on this, I supported the planning team members in prioritizing necessary engineering tasks and their risk assessment.
