Project: Supervision of works on high-pressure gas distribution facilities. This involves urban, semi-urban, and gas station sites. Site preparation

• Meeting with the project manager and involved companies for preliminary joint inspection.

• Preparation of the prevention plan. Site startup

• Welcome of involved companies and verification of documentation.

• Safety induction

• Identification of intervention areas according to plans provided by the project manager Site supervision

• Constant on-site support for companies during work.

• Discussion with the project manager on work progress.

• Verification of work performed against design plans provided beforehand.

• Reporting defects, hazardous situations, and unforeseen events to the project manager and operator.

• Correction and rectification of defects.

• Drafting daily and weekly reports summarizing activities performed as well as observed deviations (schedule deviations or work deviations)
