UX/UI Redesign of an accounting management module (invoice reconciliation) — So.bio

So.bio, an organic distribution chain, wanted to evolve its internal software (GestCo) on a critical point: the reconciliation between Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and supplier invoices. The existing screen slowed down the daily work of the Accounting, Pricing, and Purchasing departments, who processed a large volume of discrepancies (price, VAT, discounts, fuel surcharges, shipping, taxes) before validating the Payment Orders (PO).

My mission: to design an ergonomic interface for quickly identifying, qualifying, and processing these discrepancies to streamline the validation workflow.

Achievements:

- Needs analysis with the 3 departments and translation of the specifications into user journeys.

- Design of the discrepancy processing workflow and its status system (To be processed by Pricing, In progress, To be processed by Accounting, Completed).

- Design of the overall GRN/Invoice control view: advanced filters, error highlighting (KO status), multi-GRN / multi-invoice manual reconciliation.

- Design of detail views for two types of suppliers (EDI/semi-EDI and OCR).

- Structuring of dense tables (up to 17 columns): hierarchy, hideable columns, visual differentiation between GRN/Invoice, anomaly highlighting.

- Synthetic header screens (comparison of net/gross/VAT amounts and discrepancies) and dispute tracking menu.

- Ergonomics designed for intensive daily use and thousands of GRNs/invoices.

- Delivery of wireframes and mockups, prepared for handover to developers.

Result: a unified interface replacing several scattered screens, reducing the time to process discrepancies and securing the validation of Payment Orders.

Senior UX Researcher at Octopia (Cdiscount's Tech Subsidiary), responsible for structuring and industrializing user research practices for a Product team.

I lead discovery (exploration, hypothesis validation, user testing), conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, and support PMs and Designers in product decisions related to the seller lifecycle.

I also work on setting up the Research System (methods, repository, panels), coaching Product teams, analyzing complex B2B journeys, and measuring post-deployment satisfaction (UMUX, CSAT).

I collaborate cross-functionally with 3 PMs and Tech teams to maximize the impact of insights on the roadmap.

As a freelance UX Designer & Researcher, I help companies design digital products centered on real user needs. From the research phase (interviews, user testing, benchmarking, journey analysis) to the design of concrete solutions (mockups, prototypes, optimizations), I ensure that every decision is based on relevant insights and verified usage.
