Senior UX Researcher at Octopia (Cdiscount's Tech Subsidiary), responsible for structuring and industrializing user research practices for a Product team.

I lead discovery (exploration, hypothesis validation, user testing), conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, and support PMs and Designers in product decisions related to the seller lifecycle.

I also work on implementing the Research System (methods, repository, panels), coaching Product teams, analyzing complex B2B journeys, and measuring post-deployment satisfaction (UMUX, CSAT).

I collaborate cross-functionally with 3 PMs and Tech teams to maximize the impact of insights on the roadmap.

As a freelance UX Designer & Researcher, I help companies design digital products centered on real user needs. From the research phase (interviews, user testing, benchmarking, journey analysis) to the design of concrete solutions (mockups, prototypes, optimizations), I ensure that every decision is based on relevant insights and verified usage.

My approach: combining listening, analysis, and creativity to transform pain points into improvement opportunities, and deliver fluid, accessible, and engaging experiences.

I work on both from-scratch projects and the improvement of existing interfaces, always with the same philosophy: putting people at the heart of the solution.

At Must Informatique, I was responsible for improving the user experience of software solutions for home healthcare professionals (PSAD). My role covered both research and design, with the goal of making complex business tools simpler, more intuitive, and above all, adapted to the users' field reality.

Participation in the creation of a new SaaS software (Must One), from needs definition to journey design

This project allowed me to work in depth on understanding user needs in a very specific sector, with strong business and regulatory requirements.
