I am Lara Buschmann – organizational consultant, facilitator, and coach with a mission: to create spaces where people find the courage to look radically honestly and take responsibility for change. For over 15 years, I have been accompanying teams, organizations, and individuals through change – with systemic clarity, empathy, and the conviction that freedom and responsibility are inseparably linked.
I am excited about how new perspectives emerge through genuine encounters. I work in a practical way and develop solutions together with my clients that not only sound good on paper but also work in everyday life.
For me, change begins where attitude meets action – and where people are willing to address even the uncomfortable. With my combination of systemic consulting, hypno-systemic approaches, and my experience as a Female Leadership Coach, I support the transformation of uncertainty into clarity and blockages into movement.
