Time To Pitch: facilitating training days in companies to help teams gain conviction and better pitch their subjects (BPI France Climate Bank - Climate Pitch; Manpower - Prospect and client pitches), facilitating seminars (fun time using improvisational theater to improve team skills in strategic company areas).

Staff Me Academy: weekly public speaking coaching for entrepreneurs aged 18 to 30.

Weekly interventions with school groups, E2C students, and university students to help them gain self-confidence, and develop their listening and reflection skills through educational public speaking.

The pedagogy used is based on key values: respect, listening, and benevolence, and covers various subjects (classical rhetoric, stage presence, vocal and breathing techniques, slam poetry, personal and professional aspirations).

Individual progress is supported by group dynamics.

The areas of development targeted by this pedagogy are introspection, critical thinking, creativity, structuring arguments, and mastering the body and voice.

Facilitation for Enactus high school students in the Introduction to SSE program, at a high school in Limay, for one year.

This program allows students to imagine, design, and present impact projects as a team, thereby strengthening their skills. It aims to make students aware that they can act on society and collectively build solutions to societal challenges.
