My role is structured around three major axes:

• Operational and Strategic Leadership:Supervision of accounting, tax, and social security missions, team coordination, and implementation of optimized processes to ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables.

• Business Development and Partnerships:Development of service offerings, targeted prospecting, client loyalty, and creation of synergies with complementary professionals (lawyers, notaries, consultants).

• 360° Business Support:Management consulting, financial structuring, digitalization, and differentiating services such as recruitment and integration of financial profiles.

Operational management of accounting, tax, and social security missions, while supporting clients in their management and transformation challenges.

My role is focused on performance, reliability, and value creation:

• Team Management and Coordination:Supervision of staff, work planning, quality control, and skill development for junior profiles.

• Client Portfolio Management:Personalized follow-up, strategic advice, tax optimization, and support during key phases (creation, growth, restructuring).

• Digitalization and Continuous Improvement:Implementation of collaborative tools, process automation, and regulatory monitoring (e.g., electronic invoicing).

• Contribution to Firm Development:Participation in client loyalty, service offering structuring, and creation of synergies with external partners.

Overseeing the outsourced accounting operations for multiple establishments, ensuring reliability, compliance, and performance.

My role combines technical expertise, operational coordination, and strategic support:

• Supervision of Outsourced Accounting Flows:Account keeping, bank reconciliations, fixed asset management, and periodic closings for several hotel entities.

• Client Relationship Management:Interface between establishments and BPO teams, monitoring performance indicators (SLA, quality, deadlines), and adapting services to the specificities of the hotel sector.

• Business Process Optimization:Automation of recurring tasks, digitalization of flows (supplier invoices, expense reports, payments), and continuous improvement of accounting procedures.

• Sectoral Analysis and Reporting:Production of tailored dashboards (RevPAR, occupancy rate, GOP), data consolidation, and support to financial management for decision-making.

• Team Management and Skill Development:Leading BPO teams, training in tools and hotel standards, and developing a client-oriented and operational excellence culture.
