Within the IT team, I contributed to the development and evolution of the monéticien portal, a key solution enabling TPE park managers to control their activity. Implementation of new features in an Agile context (Scrum methodology), optimization of the user interface to improve the experience for monéticiens and merchants, migration to React 18 with partial redesign of the design system. Cross-functional collaboration with back-end and design teams to ensure functional consistency, participation in Agile rituals (estimation, refinement, demonstrations), technical documentation of evolutions. Delivery of 21 major features (e.g., transaction exports, histories, sub-organizations), 8% improvement in front-end performance, standardized user experience across the entire portal.

As part of the launch of its new collection, I led the complete redesign of the Shopify e-commerce site aimed at modernizing the brand image and improving the user experience. Complete audit of the existing site, proposal and implementation of visual and functional improvements aligned with the brand identity. Design and development of the new interface, resolution of accessibility issues (optimization of color/text contrasts). Implementation of high-performance ADS campaigns (targeting, retargeting, and upsell) to maximize the visibility of the new collection. 20% increase in conversion rate, 15% increase in revenue, 100% customer satisfaction (positive feedback on the new site's ergonomics).
