Microsoft 365 expert working with the various entities of the Syclef group for the administration, optimization, and security of collaborative environments. Management of identities (Entra ID), Active Directory infrastructures, Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), and Windows fleet. Technical project management, advanced level support, task automation, and continuous improvement of IT services.

At AwoX, a subsidiary of the EGLO group, I held the position of IT Engineer with a cross-functional role across all group structures (AwoX, Keria, LightOnline, Monteleone).

I performed technical, managerial, and organizational duties in a multi-site and hybrid environment.

• Administration and operational maintenance of infrastructures:

o Physical and virtual environments

o Hybrid infrastructure (on-premises + cloud)

o Multi-tenant Microsoft 365 + Entra

o Active Directory, GPO, email, antivirus, backups

o Firewall and network security management

• L2/L3 technical support

• Team management: coordination of technicians and operational support

• Management of external service providers for integration or migration projects

• Writing technical procedures for IT teams (L1/L2) and user guides

Specific context:

My role at AwoX allowed me to be a true technical pivot, ensuring both the daily IT operations, team coordination, and the management of structuring projects for the group. My 'all-rounder' role was solidified in a demanding, multi-company, and multi-location environment.

Following the acquisition of ACMS Informatique by Nanoreseaux in February 2024, I joined the teams of this new structure as a Systems and Networks Engineer, also taking on the role of technical and functional referent during the merger.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting Nanoreseaux teams in the post-acquisition transition:

o Introducing new contacts to ACMSI's historical clients

o Transmitting critical technical information and infrastructure diagrams

o Training staff on tools, procedures, and client contexts

o Pedagogical approach, diplomacy, and ability to build trusting relationships

• Active contribution to the reorganization of client portfolios:

o Analysis of existing infrastructures (simplicity, criticality)

o Allocation of clients among engineers, administrators, and technicians

• Participation in the merger of internal systems:

o Migration of client accounts to the new management tool

o Centralization and detailed documentation of technical environments

• VoIP Referent for the 3CX solution:

o Advanced technical support

o Training staff on the tool and its deployment to clients

Specific context:

Leveraging my in-depth knowledge of infrastructures and the privileged relationship established with ACMS clients, I played a key role in service continuity, knowledge transfer, and the technical integration of the two structures.
