Project: B2B Professional Portal

Product Owner and Business Analyst for the Professional Portal project, which is of significant importance with several objectives for Boiron. It allows healthcare professionals (pharmacists, doctors, midwives, and veterinarians) to interact with their contacts at Boiron.

The purpose of this portal is to centralize information, offer ordering, delivery tracking, and billing services. It is also an important communication channel for healthcare professionals regarding new products and training. The consultation of details for all Boiron products and their availability.

With its various business objectives and multiple connections with other IT department projects (ERP, CRM, Billing, Delivery) as well as its deployment in other subsidiaries, it is currently a project at the heart of the company and the Boiron IT system.

Project: TMA BIPAC

TMA of the transverse nuclear IT application portfolio for the maintenance activities of the French nuclear fleet

In connection with the previous project “Data TMA” which is based on the Asset Suite EAM tool, which groups all maintenance and equipment data for the plants.

The BIPAC project is the TMA of EAM and certain tools that revolve around it and connect to EAM via web services to update or modify EAM data.

The most important ones are the Plansiware Enterprise planning tool, the BI tools for generating reports and documents used by plant operators, as well as the lockout tool.

As part of a transverse functional referent team of five people working with EDF's IT Development/IT Department and with the publisher to ensure the proper functioning of EAM in terms of operational maintenance and evolutions carried out either by the publisher or by the TMA technical team.
