• Support in defining the strategy for decommissioning the historical Cegid IS

• Management of the analysis phase of the existing architecture, master data management, and data transfer processes.

• Identification of technical and organizational blocking points

• Definition and prioritization of prerequisite tasks for decommissioning.

• Implementation of necessary documentation for carrying out the tasks

• Coordination of internal and external resources (business analysts, project managers, architects, developers, technical experts)

• Management of deployment, integration, migration, and archiving projects within several large-scale programs. Replacement of all obsolete Inquiry Management, Document Management, and Product Quality Complaint solutions with Global systems based on market-leading solutions (Salesforce, Veeva Vault, and IICS/TIBCO integration).

• Management of several Carve-in/Carve-out projects within the "Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments" unit of Sanofi's IT department (integration into the IS during entity acquisitions, identification of activities to be split, and data migration during entity sales).

• Needs analysis, Scoping, Design, Documentation, planning, Steering committees, Test campaigns, Production deployment, Hypercare, support for business teams in various countries.

• IT project management methodology (Waterfall and Agile) with a strong Quality & Compliance component required by regulations and GxP best practices.

• Projects conducted in English with stakeholders from Sanofi's various international entities (US, Canada, Europe, India, Japan, China).

• PMO and Owner Assistance within the business expert unit "National Deployment Processes" of the Linky Program (new generation of smart meters for Enedis, formerly ERDF)

• Development of the 3-year roadmap.

• Consolidation of schedules and budgets, facilitation of steering committees.

• Reporting to the various governance bodies of the Linky program.

• Liaison with publishing suppliers (user guide, flyer).

• Assistance in developing the global tool for forecasting resources needed for national deployment over 3 years (HR, Linky meters, electrical equipment, publishing).
