Joined a team responsible for modernizing the authentication system and user account lifecycle management within a large international organization. Key Responsibilities and Achievements: -Identity and Access Management (IAM): Supervised the daily provisioning process for identities and led evolution projects using SAVIYNT for identity and access management (IGA), as well as LDAP, AD, and Azure AD directories. -Project Management: Managed projects including needs assessment, proof of concept (POC) development, and creation of installation procedures and best practices. -Development and Scripting: Developed scripts and plugins for monitoring and reporting data discrepancies using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and APIs. -Technical Support: Provided Level 3 technical support to internal teams on projects and studies conducted by the team. -Solution Improvement: Collaborated with the team on construction topics, including the implementation and enhancement of SSO solutions with OneLogin and IDM solutions. -KPI and Dashboard Implementation: Established key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for performance tracking.
