Client: BPCE-SI - Operational Excellence Center Mission: Steering strategic transformation - Enterprise and solution architecture • Exhaustive inventory of current capabilities and definition of the RACI; • Complete diagnosis of the existing system, evaluating the current capabilities of the IS and identifying the main areas for improvement; • Mediation between enterprise architects and solution architects; • Definition of a target vision for the IS, including the technical architecture, business applications, and data platforms; • Development of a detailed roadmap for the transition to the target IS, including key steps, necessary resources, and timelines; • Support plan for users of the tools within the group, ensuring skills development and widespread adoption of the new capabilities of the tools.

Mission 1: Redesign and Evolution of the financial data declaration tool. • Analysis, impact studies and requests for evolution; • Management of functional testing (strategy, execution, monitoring, report); • Coordination of business and IT teams; • Writing specifications and functional specifications; • Monitoring of deployment, user support and training; • Facilitation of Agile rituals and writing of user stories; Mission 2: Evolution of the platform for declarations of levels of support • Facilitation of Scrum committees/meetings/rituals; • Functional analysis of processes; • Formalization of expressions of needs, writing of detailed functional specifications; • Writing of the backlog and user stories; • Management of test phases (implementation of test plans and monitoring of anomalies identified during validation phases). • Consistency check of the data present in the tool. • Evolutions and corrections; • Training and user support.

• Preparation and facilitation of workshops and monitoring committees and steering committees; • Implementation of operational procedures and monitoring tools; • Identification of areas for improvement (content and tools); • Identification of business needs; • Design of training programs; • Planning of training courses; • Change management and skills development of teams; • Development of the training offer; • Reporting & KPI.
