Sales Promoter - Brand Launch (Jumbo)

This first field experience was the starting point of my career in customer relations. My mission was to introduce and promote the Jumbo range products to the general public. I learned the fundamentals of communication: how to capture attention, clearly present product benefits, and establish immediate trust with my contacts.

For 7 years, I was the face of the brand for a diverse and demanding clientele. My role went beyond just sales: I managed the cash register daily, rigorous data entry, and transaction tracking. This experience taught me to handle customer flow with calm and kindness, while ensuring complete reliability in administrative and financial aspects.
