An engineer by training (EMI 1999), I grew up in a world of certainties, well-oiled systems, and structured logic.

Early on, I realized that the real complexity—and the real richness—lay elsewhere: in human interactions, invisible dynamics, and the tensions between demands and commitment (13 years in corporate HR management).
