I have 10 years of experience in project management, including 5 years in functional roles. My skills include requirements gathering, writing User Stories, and backlog prioritization. I also excel in team coordination, writing functional specifications and terms of reference, developing test plans, as well as change management and training.

During each project, I ensure adherence to the golden triangle of project management: cost, deadline, and quality, in order to achieve the defined objectives.
