Functional consultant for Utilities, specifically in energy sales and distribution.

With a background in computer engineering (Master's degree), I began my career in the energy sector as a billing support consultant (MCO) at EDF in January 2010.

Subsequently, I held several positions as a functional analyst/consultant in client-side solution integration, covering detailed design, acceptance testing, and integration testing.

By changing projects and clients, I explored other types of missions, notably as an AMOA (Application Management Assistance for the Owner), gathering and articulating client business needs into specifications and Functional Analysis Documents (DAF).

Similarly, during a transition with another energy provider (Gaz de Paris), I participated in setting up the IT system from scratch. My contribution focused on the design and configuration of several tariff schemes (structure of energy and service supply offers).

During the IT system restructuring and the transition to agile methodologies for another client (EDF), I was engaged as an independent consultant to oversee the overall design of client-decided evolutions on the SAP ISU and FICA modules.

This was to develop my skills in billing, specifically:

- Contractualization process from CRM (including all contractualization paths, contract modifications, offer changes, etc.)

- Distributor changes with meter reading integration and all related issues (Linky metering, distributor/supplier calendar, request management via Web Services)

- Management of tariff schemes and offer structures in ISU.

- Management of dunning and debt collection processes (payment and rejection management, dunning, disconnection) and litigation (transfer of claims to collection agencies, debt reminder process, bad debts...)

- Payment and payment method processes in FICA
