My method

Playful and demanding. I draw on the energy and tools of stage performance to break down inhibitions rather than piling on techniques. Presence isn't manufactured: it's about removing what hinders it. Participants experiment, make mistakes, try again—and leave with reflexes anchored in their bodies, not notes in a notebook.
