Within this prestigious classified growth wine trading company, I carried out several assignments in their three customer service departments: France (HoReCa and traders), Private Clients (individuals), and Export, in a demanding multi-site environment.

My responsibilities covered the complete management of sales orders — entry, analysis, and follow-up — communication of availability dates, monitoring deliveries and shipments, invoicing, commercial processing of claims, disputes, anomalies, and repackaging, monitoring and responding to deliverable offers, managing broker requests with collection and transmission of technical data, monitoring and follow-up of unpaid invoices, as well as operational support for processing of futures and releases campaigns, with their specific documentary and logistical requirements.

In parallel, I analyzed stocks and availability to anticipate shortages and optimize turnover, as well as inter-departmental and inter-site coordination to ensure smooth flows and compliance with customer commitments.
