Within this prestigious classified growth wine trading company, I carried out several assignments across their three customer service departments: France (HORECA and traders), Private Clients (individuals), and Export, in a demanding multi-site environment.

My responsibilities included complete management of sales orders - entry, analysis, and tracking - communication of availability dates, tracking deliveries and shipments, invoicing, commercial handling of claims, disputes, anomalies, and repackaging, tracking and following up on unpaid invoices, as well as operational support for the processing of futures and releases, with their specific documentary and logistical requirements.

In parallel, I analyzed stock and availability to anticipate shortages and optimize turnover, and coordinated inter-departmental and inter-site activities to ensure smooth flows and compliance with customer commitments.
